Reservations confirmed only on receipt of deposit.  A deposit of the first night’s stay is required to confirm all bookings within a fortnight of making your reservation with the exception of booking online when a deposit will be removed from your provided credit card immediately.

Balance of accounts are payable on arrival.  Sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals.

A $15.00 administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from all deposits refunded due to cancellation.  Refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with four days notice.  Cancellation within four days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid unless the unit/site can be refilled.

Check-in time from 2:00pm.  Check-out time is 10:00am.  No early check-ins or late check-outs at peak times.  Please advise if you are arriving later than 9:00pm.

Our Tariff/Prices are reviewed yearly.  Please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next.

Whilst we will do our best to meet requests for specific accommodation, we cannot guarantee allocation of specific units or sites.  We reserve the right to alter accommodation booked but only to the equivalent type, even when clients have already been advised of the number of their units or sites.
